Rabbi Berel Simpser is the Executive Director, Kashrus, of Kosher Organics. He has many years of experience working in the kosher industry on behalf of many worldwide kosher supervisory agencies.

Rabbi Simpser has worked extensively in the kashrus field as the Kashrus Field representative for the CRC (Chicago Rabbinical Council), the O.U. (Orthodox Union), the O.R.B. (Florida), and the Star –K, amongst others. He was the Founding Kashrus Director for MGK- Maritime Glatt Kosher and was responsible for staff (Mashgiach) training and overseeing kosher production on cruise ships that meet the highest Glatt Kosher standards.

Rabbi Simpser has wide-range experience in hotel kashrut, having overseen Pesach food production at many hotels for over a decade along with past Kosherica Cruises.

Rabbi Simpser founded the Community Kollel of Des Moines in 1999 and now runs a Jewish Outreach Program in Minneapolis, Aish-Minnessota.

Rabbi Dr. Simcha Parsons has been working with international kashrus agencies for 15 years. He has experience in inspecting a wide variety of production facilities and companies on the domestic front (U.S.A.) and as far away as Europe, Asia, and Africa. He obtained his semicha from Horav Moshe Shmuel Shapiro, zt'L, of Beir Yacob in 1962 and spent many years in Yeshiva Neir Israel (Ner Israel Rabbinical College), Baltimore. He has a PhD in education from NYU, spending more than 25 years in the educational field.

Rabbi Yehuda Greenberg has 19 years of experience in the kashrus field including factory operations, food packaging, and restaurants and catering halls. In addition, he supervises Passover programs for members of the Sephardic community of Deal, N.J., in Puerto Rico as well as the Safra Synagogue in Aventura, Florida.

Rabbi Greenberg studied and received rabbinical certification at Diaspora Yeshiva in the city of Old Jerusalem, and has a smicha rabbinic ordination from the Rabinut of Jerusalem.
